Description:
This course will prepare students for the CompTIA A+ 220-604 certification exam (2006 Objectives). It is designed for students and professionals who work (or intend to work) in computer hardware support roles where there is limited customer interaction. Working toward job titles such as Bench Technician or Depot Technician, students will learn how to support and repair desktop computers, laptops, portables, printers, and scanners. Security, from both a hardware and software perspective, is covered extensively.
